About Us   Collaborative Psychiatric Services is a Professional Healthcare Group consisting of a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, a Psychologist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working together to provide Residents and Facilities with Quality Psychiatric Care as mandated by the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health.
