Collaborative Psychiatric Services is a Professional Healthcare Group consisting of a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, a Psychologist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working together to provide Residents and Facilities with Quality Psychiatric Care as mandated by the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health. We offer individual therapy, group therapy sessions, counseling, and psychiatric medication management, delivered directly to the Patient(s) by Board Certified Professionals with qualifications and Certifications in Psychiatric Medicine.
